The Edgewater Condo is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors and many volunteer committees. The Board has contracted with Lifestyle Group to conduct the day to day maintenance of the grounds and buildings and assist with working with contractors on projects.
The Board officers are elected for a term of 3 years and many serve several terms. The election takes place at the Annual General Meeting held on the third Saturday in June each year. The Board meets on a monthly basis or whenever they deem it necessary to resolve issues or concerns. The Board is in contact with each other almost on a daily basis. There are several Standing Committees of the Board and as deemed necessary there will be ad hoc committees struck to review or investigate particular issues.
