The Edgewater is lucky enough to share some beautiful, peaceful waterfront on Little Bob Channel. Using the Channel you can navigate out to the Trent Severn Waterway. (Boat size is a consideration). There are 12 boat slips available, for a small fee for owners, or short terms for guests that arrive by boat. You may also enjoy the Channel for swimming, boating, kayaking and canoeing. Fishing is easily done from the dock area or along the boardwalk. The boardwalk runs along the front of the property, with many benches for quiet reflection and or reading. The channel can also be used in the winter for the cross country ski enthusiast.

The waterfront also hosts a Gazebo, which is a very popular gathering spot for residents on hot sunny afternoons especially Fridays during July & August for TGIF gatherings.

The swimming pool and deck are also on the waterfront surrounded by plantings and landscape that only the Kawartha's can offer.

The pool area sparkles all summer from May to September. It is a summer hub of social activity for owners and guests during the season, for both swimmers and sunbathers or just visiting with neighbours.
